Manion’s Vanilla Extract is sold in 2 and 4-ounce bottles and is made from a world blend of Vanilla Planifolia and Vanilla Tahitensis beans extracted in premium 40% alcohol. The rest depends on proper bean blending and a slow cold extraction process over months. Together, this gives the extract time to develop its full flavor naturally.
