Good health starts with good nutrition. When work and family responsibilities intensify, a smoothie is the perfect antidote to taking good care of yourself.
2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk lends about 60 calories. And while calorie counts on fruit varies slightly, if we take 1 cup of frozen blueberries as an example at 85 calories – it all adds up to a delicious and healthy meal solution or snack for under 200 calories!
What I love about this recipe is that it is a quick and filling meal or snack solution during a busy day. And, you won’t get bored because of the many variations you can create using whatever fruit you have on hand.
Add Manion’s Vanilla Extract to a wide range of smoothie recipes and breakfast beverage items already in your repertoire. We include a graduated glass dropper in every order so it is easy to do. When you add Manion Vanilla to your coffee, smoothies, yogurt parfaits and more, you take your recipe to a higher level. The flavor and aroma of vanilla extract is something so wonderful, why not use it everyday?
